I recently acquired a Miyoo Mini Plus, a handheld retro gaming / emulation system. It runs some custom Linux build, but I installed Onion, a custom frontend.
After some difficulties, I was able to get Retro Achievements working, to track my progress:

I also just got Pico-8 Splore working, so I can try those without manually downloading and copying files around.

Trying to run my code on the #miyoominiplus, but somehow SDL doesn't seem happy. Anybody have a clue? I thought maybe my SDL dynamic lib didn't include fbdev bindings, but now I am relying on the .so the OS is providing, with the same result. #miyoo #sdl #embedded #retrogaming

(Yes okay sorry this is a bit, I am using my #Miyoo to play through Pokemon Fool's Gold, a #romhack of Pokemon Crystal with alternate forms/types for all 251 1st and 2nd gen!)

If you were to give someone a retro emulation handheld, what would be the 3-4 games you make sure they complete first?

I am little bit disappointed with the #anbernic #rg35xxsp; besides being loud the d-pad is very inaccurate and playing game like Street Fighter II or Art of Fighting 2 is really unfeasible.
Now I am considering to buy a newer one retro-console and this really pisses me off... 😡
I am thinking about the #Miyoo #Flip2 or the newer #rg34xxsp...
