#Microtech was founded by #US veteran Mr. Tony Jimenez in #Virginia (#US) in 2004. Before this, Mr. Jimenez spent ~25 years serving in the #USArmy. Within a short while, #Microtech had officially established overseas contracts, e.g. in #Pakistan...but there is a discrepancy:-
-If #Microtech was established in the #US in 2004, how might its #Pakistani website claim to be doing business in #Pakistan since 1997?
-Whom to ask - #Virginia or #Karachi?

10 years ago, #Peshawar Electric Supply Co (#PESCO) & #Multan Electric Power Co (#MEPCO), under #USAID supervision, signed a contract with #Microtech, for a mass "smart meter" rollout. While #MEPCO reportedly made some progress, #PESCO has crashed:-
-#PESCO is legally bankrupt
-Hostile forces are seemingly conspiring with #PESCO executive/junior employees to launch murderous attacks against servicemen/veterans
