    Just to make you feel better, the poor (#PMJDY accounts etc) *don't* use #ATM because banks' don't issue cards, they use Banking agents to get cash and #MicroATM are priced lot higher twitter.com/logic/status/10658

    Basically, people are forced into banking and costs are then put on their head.
