@mustardon A blindingly obvious lack of any national planning. When they all adopted the #Livewithit plan it was completely clear they had given up on even pretending to ever have had a plan & weren't willing to entertain the idea of attempting to create a plan.
100+ years they had.
3+ years & they still wont even admit they don't have a plan.Can't fix a problem you don't admit you have.
