考慮到 ipfs 其實也是會斷種，所以也不是完全悖離被遺忘權，而且網站依然可以按照治理權不讓該資源出現在自家網站，ipfs 似乎也沒那麼侵害這些權利。
現代人都應該要有一個概念，凡是上網發佈的內容都會被某些人無限備份直到該資料已被大多數人視為無意義內容，逐漸再也找不到。
只是複製備份與 ipfs 無法確認是否為最初原始發布，需搭配 nft 才能證明 CID 的創建人與時戳。
而 iscn 似乎是 likercoin 社群獨有的，尚未達到規模共識，希望未來這種數位內容的發布與證明方式會逐漸受到重視。

Blockchain-related tech is so fluid and in some cases so scammy it's hard to say what has real momentum. But am looking at solutions like #ISCN and #likecoin efforts at decentralized metadata for digital content.
