Cute pipe autism, but rethinked as restoring a tree branch, so it would flourish again, with proper animations.
At the game start, the tile in the centre is the only alive. By attaching more tiles to it you eventually get half of the whole branch alive, and when you attach everything, it blooms.
The only weird thing is that technically it’s just a #hurr mess of things attached just to each other. You would expect that the root thing must be at the bottom or at the side (especially given the title of the game – “Branch”). But no tile can draw life from the edge – you must build “a thing in itself”.
CONTROLS
Using mouse is almost always enough. There are two buttons at the bottom of the screen labelled in Russian, the meaning is:
- Старт – Start (reads: start)
- Игра — Play (reads: igra)
- Уровень – Level (reads: uroven)
- Сдаюсь – Give up (reads: sdayus)
- Выход – Exit (reads: vykhod)
The highest difficulty level – Torero – introduces a complication, that allows branches to continue across the screen border.
