CW: My fitness journey update
Coming up on 24 hours of fasting soon. Said fuck it and I'm going to try for 48 hours. Sucks that i have so many meetings; I've a feeling that I may just want to go to sleep after a little while. No electricity in the area so can't use the treadmill or elliptical machine. Lost my Garmin F240 but found my old MiFit 5, which has about 12 hours of battery on a good day. #smallwins #intermittent_fasting #fasttofit #hungryallthetime #isanyonereadingthis #fast
