This is the Holz Brücke (wooden bridge) in Frankenmuth, Michigan - a charming German town.

Known locally as the “Covered Bridge”, it spans 239 feet across the Cass River (see 2nd photo). The structure was completed in 1980, built mostly of Douglas Fir and clad with 25,000 cedar shingles.
