    we are offering an introduction to practical self-defense skills in a supportive and focused training space.

    Self-defense training helps develop:

    • awareness and prevention
    • confidence in setting boundaries
    • coordination and physical presence
    • practical tools to react in difficult situations

    Open to FLINTA* participants. No previous martial arts experience needed.
