Did an #African themed meal last night, and folks loved it!
Lamb relish with home-grown silverbeet, sadza (aka ugali or pap) and boerewors. Finished off with more local themed apricot swirl ice cream made from real #Fleurieu cream and last year's apricot harvest. I find home-grown apricots SO much more flavourful than the ones in shops 😋 #cooking
