I teased this here on Mastodon back when we bought the sheets and now I've done it: I drew the unfolding of a professionally folded *brand new* fitted sheet! How do they do it? What will we find inside?

I can't help posting this final work-in-progress update for Ratfactor's Illustrated Guide to Folding Fitted Sheets.
If I had known how many evenings I would end up spending on this, I never would have started. But that's true of every project I start. 😆
Anyway, this is the whole page zoomed out and chopped up into columns to see it all at once.
Hoping to do a final pass on the text and post...tomorrow?

As mentioned, folding a fitted sheet by first laying the sheet out more-or-less perfectly on a flat surface is simple to understand. But it's slow. And you have to have a clear surface big enough for the whole fitted sheet.
Which is why the arm-based methods are worth trying. That's what we'll be exploring next!

Ratfactor's Illustrated Guide to Folding Fitted Sheets. (Posted here first, then it'll be a web page.)
"It is a well-known fact that an ordinary unsecured bed sheet will escape during the night in the form of a ghost. You will likely find it in the corner in the morning. Or, if you leave the window open, you may never find it at all!"
(Illustrations will be hastily done in Krita unless otherwise noted.)
