I observed something interesting. I have a 5-year-old PC that I upgraded over the past few months—first the graphics card and power supply, and most recently the RAM. The PC has RGB fan lighting built-in. The case fans and the lighting are not connected to the motherboard, but directly to the power supply via SATA. However, the lighting didn't work at all during the first 5 years. After replacing the RAM, there was a BIOS reset, and since then it works, although very unpredictably and randomly: sometimes it stays dark, mostly it lights up, sometimes it stays the same color for days, and other times it displays a colorful mix. What is the explanation for this?
