We don't know either. A lot later and the day slowly retreats. Collections of obscurities, a list of roughly outlined tasks, relevant steps in the process still missing and unsure how to follow up. Cleaning up, just to watch things getting messy once left alone for a few moments. The miraculous aspects of complex systems to show off again. No sleep so far. There's a right time for everything maybe. Have a calm night wherever you are.

Finally, concluding day and weekend with that fragment of an hour, standing in an open window frame and letting the new dark flood into these quiet rooms. Noise from the pub, the scent of food and the chatter on the sidewalk, near the bus stop, make the evening seem earlier than it actually is. Spotlights tracing skies. Random fireworks again because no reason too small for that. Letting time pass, readying for the week, common procedures and the usual mood that's never wearing off.
