    According to rumor, the #Peshawar Electric Supply Co (#PESCO) operates its business as a joint venture that makes #SaifPower (a subsidiary of the disgraced #SaifGroup) the de facto "owner" of all #PESCO power distribution contracts. In view of #PESCO's own admission that it is only receiving 40% of projected revenues, is it time to replace #SaifEnergy with, for instance, #AlternEnergy (a subsidiary of the highly-successful #DesconEngineeringLtd)?
