That could help preserve premium wages, family health coverage, paid leave, education, disability protection, pensions, and job security through changes in leadership. For workers, permanence may be as valuable as generosity: not merely better treatment now, but a structure intended to protect it over time.

A CCE is a promising enterprise form designed to extend worker gains through acquisitions. It uses familiar acquisition tools, including seller financing and future cash flow. Economists and finance professionals are invited to define prudent debt, reserve, benefit, and growth assumptions.

Worker benefit would depend on business strength, not replace it.
The surprise is simple: prosperity at work could be organized to become greater security at home. -
Well this is intriguing;
"I did not build this to go out and win arguments. I built it because I wanted people to see that there is an invaluable tool available inside a market society that changes what happens to Surplus and who it ultimately serves. Yet the moment a person hears 'new model', the conversation often turns into a contest: politics, identity, labels, and loyalty tests. That is not what I am trying to do."

The first Commons Capitalism Entity (CCE) to come into existence will use Old-Fashioned Seller Financing, not charitable gifts or donations─just traditional financing. People will be blown away when they read, that with a Commons Capitalism Entity, workers can vote to stop major choices that could cost jobs or sell off important company stuff, and where the commons corporation openly shows how much money came in, what it was spent on, what’s left, and where the extra will go—better pay, benefits, and growing the CCE, not outside owners: https://commonscapitalism.com

For labor unions, a commons capitalism entity is a new institutional partner. For workers the promise of commons capitalism is tangible: better pay, better benefits, and a governance architecture that offers voice, protection, and a durable place at the table. Nate, I appreciate your concern but I think you're giving a requiem too early to Commons Capitalism. Capitalism itself is not worth saving, but society is. Capitalism ultimately will destroy worker well-being which is vital to a sustainable society.

@ScienceCommunicator Commons Capitalism, which spreads wealth throughout communities, via payment of the net profits to workers, and reduces the accumulation of property in the wealthy, merges the capitalist principles of profit making and market competition with socialism to create a symbiotic relationship between them. Start learning how we can begin implementing Commons Capitalism, today, as a viable option to replace capitalism. #CommonsCapitalism #capitalism #economics #socialism

I'm more than glad to answer questions about #capitalism, in general, and #CommonsCapitalism, in particular, but may the gods save me from judgmental anarchists and glib capitalists who are self-anointed experts on all forms of capitalism.

@ekis
You're quite welcome! All questions are welcome. #CommonsCapitalism is a concept that developed over three years of study. For me, it's been like walking through the back of a wardrobe and seeing astounding vistas that were totally unexpected. New questions evoke new, refreshing ideas about this form of capitalism. -
@ekis
The problem lies with traditional capitalism which has been around for 400 years. But tens of millions of workers could receive excellent wages and Nordic-style social benefits under #CommonsCapitalism which would substanially increase their standards of living. The poor would be raised up out of poverty. Ownership of the means of production would stop accumulating in the wealthy.9/9
