Update from NOAA has increased the height of possible storm surge. Now up to 20 feet in some areas. Tampa Bay surge increased to 8-12 feet.

Edit: NOAA now forecasts Helene to reach category 4 with wind at 115mph and gusts to 140mph. This is at sea Thursday 1pm. #Cat4
