There's "being attracted to micropenises and t-dicks is pedophilic" disk horse on the Twitters right now because of course there is, and all that aside, I think it would be v fun to take a grown person (penis size irrelevant) and do some small penis humiliation specifically based around how they're clearly still a baby, no matter what he looks like on the outside.
Of course they can't have sex, they're too young! If they can't behave, it'll be their fault if someone touches them and has to be taken away. :( And they shouldn't be playing with it, either. Clearly someone is experience their terrible (thirty-)twos, but if they don't stop, you'll have to treat them like even more of a baby by putting mittens and diapers on them so they can't tug at it anymore.
