The U.S. loosened export controls on the United Arab Emirates on Friday 10th July, making it easier to export Nvidia AI chips, military equipment, commercial satellites and spacecraft.The announcement follows a big push by the UAE to enhance the US tech relationship since their war on Iran began.
"The UAE Government and approved commercial entities will also have license-free access to advanced computing items, consistent with the May 2025 U.S.-UAE Artificial Intelligence Cooperation framework, without compromising U.S. digital infrastructure buildout."

Is it just me, or does PDM (another python package manger) just feel a lot like zc.buildout? They both install packages in a locally isolated directory using a specific python version, and don't really need to run in virtualenv.
While pdm is subjectively prettier (nice colours and emoji; Yes i'm cheap that way), zc.buildout provides a better environment and capabilities.
