Entrepreneurs and small business owners can participate in the virtual “Doing Business with the City of Raleigh” workshop at 4 p.m., where registration is required to learn how to navigate city contracts and procurement opportunities. Simultaneously, the RHDC Community Awareness Committee meets at 4 p.m. to focus on community education, preservation, and engagement within Raleigh’s historic districts. The Active Adults Poetry Workshop will take place at the Five Points Center at 3 p.m., offering Raleigh’s active adult residents a chance to express creativity and connect with others through poetry in an interactive setting. Additionally, the Raleigh Transit Authority Finance & Policy Committee Meeting is scheduled for 3:30 p.m., where financial updates, budget priorities, and policy recommendations that will shape the future of Raleigh’s transit system will be reviewed.
