There are other OTT from Asia Pacific with Western libraries, but not from China AFAIK. Here in the Philippines, we have #BlastTV and others.
From Malaysia(?), there's #iFlix.
But their Western libraries are mostly classics up to 2010. The more recent, the likelier it's time-limited.
