There’s now a term for content creators continuously giving their followers more of what they want, resulting in more follower engagement: audience capture.
“It’s the idea that influencers become radicalized by their audience,” says Jonathan E. Howard, MD, a New York City–based neurologist and psychologist: “They see what sort of thing earns them clicks, likes, reshares, and customers, and, consciously or not, they begin to produce more of it.”

Great to hear @adam and JCD desperately try to defend the Eric Adams DOJ deal. He was a very bad man till he joined #MAGA world. They try to turn it into a #FederalistSociety conspiracy centered on the admitted otherwise impeccable Sassoon and completely ignore that many other staff resigned as well. Nur halt andersrum: Zu lange/oft/viel für wahrheitsgemäße Äußerungen angefeindet werden = Flucht vor der Wahrheit bei weiteren Äußerungen. Mitläufertum ist ja auch ansteckend.
Warum #Drosten überhaupt noch jemand interviewt, spricht schon Bände über die Agenda dahinter. Oder würden die Medien einen Gerüstbauer, der schon 2x runter geplumpst ist, auch noch um Rat beim Gerüstbau fragen?
