#AT40 Ah, the summer of 1976. I was just finished with my first year of HS, and taking chemistry at the local college. (Yes, it was nerdy, but I did meet a cute girl, and had credits in my pocket for college later.) High school was about to become miserable, but so far so good.

#AT40 I do not count novelty hits like "The Americans." I would rather hear all Terry Jacks, all Paper Lace, all Bo Donaldson, than suffer through "Playground in My Mind." I instantly turn it off if it comes up on XM.
