In 1947, Samuel Paul Welles formally described UCMP 36232, a maxilla with a few teeth, as Arizonasaurus.
It was found in Holbrook quarry, which is in an Aegean/Bithynian fine channel fill siltstone in the Moenkopi Formation of Arizona. I cannot find when the fossil was found or by who.
In 2002 a more complete Sterling Nesbitt, which was used to make the replica shown below.
