  2. The reality is, he can't as the #TwentySecondAmendmentToTheUnitedStatesConstitution prohibits this. To be able to, it would need another amendment to the Constitution, which would require a ¾ vote in both the senate and the house as well ¾ of the states (38 states), which is just not achievable in the current political climate.
