Running a @dressel_designs Musubi SS for the month. Sericin on it, 100% silk. The quietest string I make, and genuinely too nice for how badly I throw. Custom-color Skull counterweight in a new plastisol mix I've been testing. A bit more opaque than Tyrian.

5A is humbling. Grateful for the excuse.

It's #5AMay in the #yoyo community. 5A, also known as Freehand or Counterweight, is a style of yo-yoing that has a weight attached to the end of the string. This allows for a completely different style of play, including completely letting go of the string while playing.
