I've done it for a few years now, usually keeping my answers short. It's an interesting record of my life, throwing spotlights on a few things that move me.
Anybody else doing this or similar practices?

Because I was away for a few days, I've started answering 10Q only today. It's a chance for reflection, prompting you one question per day over a period of 10 days. For instance, "How would you like to improve yourself and your life next year?" or "Describe a significant experience that has happened in the past year. How did it affect you?"
Your answers are stored for a year, and you receive them with the start of the next reflection period. https://www.doyou10q.com/
