Nintendo will not be happy - being able to dump game files opens the door to emulation and recompilations, especially with all of the AI tools out there.
Note that after the OS exploit is patched in a system update, games that require the update will not be able to be dumped.

A powerful exploit for the Switch 2 OS was revealed, opening the door to dumping and modding games.
The current exploit chain compromises the SmileBASIC game, and then uses this initial foothold to escape SmileBASIC and compromise the OS at the userland level.

You may have seen posts in the past claiming that the Switch 2 was hacked. These examples would only compromise individual games.
By also compromising the OS (specifically the fs sysmodule) with an additional exploit, we have many more capabilities than these past examples.
