@RandamuMaki : GazaVerified is very likely NOT a scam, but stupid (note that some impostors claim to be GazaVerified by adding that hashtag to their account, while they're not).
It is impossible to reliably authenticate people remotely. You simply cannot tell whether it is a true Palestinian victim in Gaza or elsewhere. It may as well be a an IDF jerk (who possibly stole a Palestinian phone) or even a Russian impostor.
Also you probably don't know which part of the money you donate (if any) actually reaches the apparent individual.
Finally, IMO by donating money to real Gazans who manage to get GazaVerified increases inequality. I think it's best to donate to reliable aid organisations instead.
Note: personally I block everyone who follows me if their profile mentions anthing that indicates that they're going to beg for money.

Faber en Klever (en de andere #PVV bewindspersonen) krijgen gewoon #wachtgeld . Zonder die regeling zou niemand bereid zijn zijn/haar/hun baan op te geven voor een ongewis ministers- of staatssecretarisschap. Niks aan te doen.
Ik las ergens dat #Faber kan rekenen op meer dan EUR 250.000 wachtgeld (tenzij ze snel een goed betaalde baan vindt).
Ik gun het ze ook niet, maar geef toch de voorkeur aan gelijke behandeling. Rechtsstatelijkheid, weet je wel. -
