Ich dachte #berechtigtesInteresse (im engen Sinne der #DSGVO, nicht missbräuchlich auf alles angewandt, was der Betreiber nice-to-have findet) erlaubt gerade kein Opt-Out, weil es eben eine Notwendigkeit zur Bereitstellung des Dienstes ist. Insofern dürfte die Argumentation kaum haltbar sein. -
