   So depressed. My laptop, the only access i have to the world is broke 😭. I opened the lid and heard a crunch and the bezel cracked straight into the screen, most likely a loose screw inside.

   I have organised a repair by currys - i havent repaired hardware in 20 years and dont feel i could do it. The initial cost is £50, I have no idea how much this will cost, I have so little money 😭

   I feel so lost

   I have had nothing but a bad time with #nowtv - their customer service is atrocious, their phone and email contact system is beyond belief and frankly wish I had never got my broadband with them. I am in the process of dumping this #sky subsidiary as their parent company is not much better!!!!!

   Join the rally to say SCRAP Digital ID on Sat 25 April - events in London, Edinburgh, Cardiff & Belfast

   Digital ID was never in the manifesto. 3 million people signed a petition saying "no" - so why is it still being pushed?
