Ich habe verstanden, dass deine Antwort kein Gegenargument gegen meines sein sollte. Ich will es nur noch einmal verdeutlichen: Wenn die Bahn, wie du es geschrieben hast, eine ordentliche digitale Infrastrulktur hätte und, dass ergänze ich, auf ihren Strecken ein durchgehendes Internet gewährleisten würde, dann böte ein ausgedruckter QR-Code die gleiche Sicherheit wie ein entsprechender Eintrag in einer App. Ein eigenes digitales Gerät als Ausdruck für Digitalzwang wäre nicht notwendig.
