Seeing lots of "Adobe alternatives have existed for decades, why does no one get excited about those 😭" posts in my timeline.
Hot take: maybe if the primary FOSS photoshop alternative wasn't literally named an ableist slur (or, at the least, makes people think of that one scene in Pulp Fiction) there would be more users and contributors.
