The craziest thing about using projectmem is using cheaper models without worrying about code quality.

projectmem is the most useful tool I've added when using agents to code.
I use headroom to compress tokens, and one thing I noticed was it uses serena as a memory logger. It was great, but a simple fix took Codex or OpenCode a long time to fix.
Enter projectmem. Local only, can be committed via git. Logs all decisions made, what failed, and what worked.
Used it with Codex earlier to fix outstanding issues. Few minutes later, it's done. Prior to Codex, I used it with OpenCode.
Bonus: I also have husky for linting git commits and using git hooks for projectmem.
