Join us for a fully funded PhD at The University of Edinburgh to help us find out by learning computational dynamics models directly from organoid imaging data.
You'll develop hybrid mechanistic-AI approaches and real biological data, not toy problems, working closely with stem cell and developmental biologists at the Institute for Regeneration and Repair.
This project suits a student with computational, mathematical, physics or engineering background and a genuine interest in solving biological problems.
