@jimmylittle @gedeonm I do get all of that. For me the aesthetics are just too off to wear one, but I tried a couple round faced smartwatches. I’d sometimes like a mini map, and having the shopping list on my wrist would be useful, but managing notifications was a nightmare and the lack of battery life was a nuisance. I could try one again, if a nice one popped up (aesthetically the original #Moto360 was by far the best), but mostly happy with a mechanical watch :)

Throw it in the Hopper.
This week’s Vibe Coding Sunday project: my bespoke Obsidian-based Read Later service.
It’s a local Node app that runs on my Mac Studio. It monitors a text file on iCloud drive, and whenever something is added, it parses the URL and creates an Obsidian document for me. The URLs are appended via a Shortcut in the share sheet.
Articles, socials, YouTube, etc. each have a processor that gets data and applies a template. Then I get a Pushover notification that it succeeded.

One thing that impresses me with #Indigo is the setup process on a new device.
If you've already logged in to multiple accounts on one device, one tap on the new device logs you in to all of those accounts at once.
It's a nice touch.

I’ve been using #Indigo for a few days, and it’s a fantastic way to read a unified Bsky/Masto timeline
But I have been missing replies that appear on each platform, but not in Indigo
I don’t know how federation works, so I don’t even know if it’s a solvable problem

Nice to see Spotify using Image Playgrounds on iOS to make icons now.
