I always thought these two small buildings in a downtown parking lot look like they have disruption camouflage.

I believe the smaller of the two is a break room/bathroom for transit drivers. Not sure about the other.

and the thing is the scammer is whatsapp messaging me going through all five stages of grief here. I'm sympathetic since their stolen money is currently tied up in my paypal account.

the thing is that whenever they swing around to "anger" their chosen tactic is to threaten to report me to paypal? I'm already trying to report me to paypal and it won't let me! please try from your end too, good luck!

Someone trying a refund scam sent a fairly big chunk of money to my PayPal account. I assume it was probably sent from a PayPal account that they stole, so I kind of want to get PayPal support to look at it just to mitigate the chances of them locking my account because they think I'm involved.

trying to report the transaction the normal way fails with a "something went wrong." trying to report it via the chatbot leads to a message that it is "not eligible" to be reported.

I guess I just sit around and wait for something to happen?
