When members of the clemency board spoke out against Governor Polis' decision to make sure people know there are no consequences for Republicans trying to steal elections, he fired them. While the state Democratic Party did censure him for this, one must focus on the material consequences — the only one of which being her ability to meet with Trump recently and help plot to steal this coming election.

Every car becoming a plausibly-deniable dissident eliminator is by far the scariest part of the modern panopticon IMO. Like, flock bad, sure. But your car also has cameras, is connected to the internet via the GPS tracker with multiple mics & cameras you call a phone, weighs 2 tons, has the power of hundreds of horses, and can steer itself! The very CONCEPT of self-driving "safety" features is terrifying! Yet there's so little backlash...
