I did an extraordinary amount of work on health and fitness in my 20s, 30s and early 40s. Could run 3 miles in 23 mins, which might not sound amazing but I did it consistently. Cycled 1hr 10min every weekday for years. Did Muay Thai. Still walk everywhere if feasible. An hour is nothing - that's usually just a Tuesday.
So any bad habits? Siblings, life is short and pain is long. 🤷🏻♂️

No I did not just drunkenly recite a sizeable chunk of the "tomorrow and tomorrow" soliloquy from Macbeth on the street with gravitas at a neighbour I overheard saying "we're really fucking late and now I've gotta learn this fucking 'tomorrow' speech before morning".
