Speaker notes there is almost an “Obsession with this indicator” 86% come from other sustainable modes. Like walking bussing. Not cars. But in Barcelona it’s dense and ppl don’t drive as much. Don’t obsess over shifting from cars. There are other benefits.

Sober riding campaign. We struggled in Boulder with e-scooter adoption bc some of the accidents are so catastrophic. We will get an update next month to see how the pilot went. Amazing that Europe trying for single set of rules. Can Mayor Pete roll this out for US?
