As a born and raised BCer, let me just point out that you can make jokes about how unprepared #vancouver is for snow without being a dick about it. It's a rainforest. Expecting snow in a rainforest is like living in Ontario and expecting the provincial government to be able to do literally anything but run a decent LCBO.
