My current move-in experience has been bad.
How bad?? Here's a segment of what I sent to management:

Let's review what happened:1. The thermostat couldn't keep the correct temperature, and had to be replaced.
2. The dishwasher's lock was busted, and had to be replaced.
3. The dishwasher's pump was burned out, and it needs a new control board. (This is on order.)
4. The freezer did not have the slats keeping food from falling down. They've been added.
5. Now, the cherry on this shit sundae is that my clothes' washer was improperly hooked to its drain and spewed water all over the floor. (Emergency maintenance is here.)DID ANYONE INSPECT THIS APARTMENT BEFORE TURNING IT OVER??? DID THEY ACTUALLY DO THEIR JOB????
I'm utterly pissed.
Oh, and that's on top of maintenance not reading what I put into the access field and NEVER EVER contacting me prior to showing up, when I ask for a phone call or a text.
