Jag gillar hitta mervärden för saker jag gör. Alltså vad mer ny teknik och ny kunskap kan användas till än det specifika som det behövdes för lösa något.
Bra exempel är den #nybörjarguide om #Linux som blev till min #nyårsambition för 2026.
Den idén tillsammans med erbjudandet som @ljo gav mig, har nu fått flera spännande mervärden som vi bollat fram, och som kommer göra 2026 synnerligen roligt att bygga vidare på.
Snart kommer vi kunna presentera för er om vad mer det är och kan leda till 🤪

21 episodes in, I am gloriously overwhelmed about everything Marco in them shown :vim: gives me to learn using.
While I can easily see how incredible powerful and efficient it definitely can be - The hard part will be to learn good enough to not have to break focus on what I want to use it for. Having to constantly look at cheat-sheets or :h pages.
I think a strategy that allows me to create efficient task workflows, identifying sequences of #VimMotion that I commonly will use.

Here's an unpopular tip, use Ctrl+Space for a cool IDE like completions 😁. I wish they implement it in such a way that it's shown always like the ghost text suggestion. Like 2 options of using ghost autocompletion suggestion or this dropdown style suggestion 🔥.

A month+ ago I posted https://fosstodon.org/@tsvenson/114449501279774506 with my reasons about offering to help out.
Now been part of the new team, my commitment is even stronger.
Sure new mistakes will be made, that is unavoidable. However I am safe with that our team will handle them well, learn and do better from that. I've seen it happen already.
I'm confident it will soon[ish] spread around #Fediverse that #Fosstodon is getting good again 😃
