   They haven't updated that page, but apparently things *have* happened, most recently that Oracle requested, with Deno's consent, that proceedings be suspended pending settlement negotiations. The TTAB approved a 60-day suspension. That was on 28 August 2026, so less than a week from now that time limit is up.

   Meanwhile, of course, #Deno has kneecapped itself by agreeing to be acqui-hired by CloudFlare.
