  18. Feeling like utter shite. Completely burnt out after 2 weeks with the kids, with my parents staying over for a few nights and with C being right on the edge. Had to drive my daughter for hours over multiple days because of a big performance and final rehearsals. I’m #depressed and completely drained. I’ve decided to have a no-demands self-care day. C doesn’t seem very supportive but I know what I need and will do my best not to feel guilty about it and park pressing tasks.

  19. 1/ Feeling #depressed and #anxious again. I had a late night at A and E with our baby on Tuesday and didn’t get to sleep until 3am. Had a busy, productive day of housework yesterday and then crashed at 7pm. Wasn’t feeling it as soon as the alarm went off this morning. Got the kids up, did the school run, grabbed my stuff to head into town to work but decided to try and nap in the van before starting. Just lay there trying to tell myself that it was ok to rest. My brain was having none of it.

The energy level is a little uncomfortable and I’m pretty sure the barman failed to give me a decaf latte which really isn’t helping. I can feel the excess energy in my chest. I can’t do anything quickly enough. I need to calm the fuck down but stay productive. I need more time in the outdoors away from my laptop.
