  8. I met so many kickass people at today's @circuitpython sprints! Thank you so much to everyone I talked to, everyone who submitted a PR, and everyone who stopped by to say hello. It's this kind of camaraderie and awesomeness that makes me so proud to be a part of this community. I look forward to seeing you on the other end of my laptop back home!

  9. Please please please come sprint with us on @circuitpython at the sprints! Type annotations are how I really got started with open source contribution, and we have a BUNCH of those! And, of course, there are other issues to squash as well, including bugs, feature additions, documentation, CI improvements, and others!

  11. After having spent solving problems in C, I definitely feel like I have a much better understanding of the language. It was definitely interesting coding while trying to avoid unsafe functions so as not to pick up bad habits. I still can't believe I implemented a hash table for the first time without too much trouble. Still need to finish the last 9 remaining, but definitely have noticed an improvement since day 1!
