My first byline! I made #DataViz for an excellent accountability piece by Emily Rizzo for the Kensington Voice abt a Philly initiative that targets & arrests unhoused people who use drugs in Kensington. Emily collected & analyzed original data for 87 people bc the City won't provide evidence of the program's effectiveness.
