1. It is a short commute and I can put up with anything for 30 minutes
2. My jacket opens up a lot and the air going up the sleeves and neck evaporates my back sweat
3. The office's aggressive AC chills my helmet during the day so my head feels cool for most of the ride home -

I'm participating in the economic blackout this Friday February 28, but it won't be just one day. I'm going for at least a week, ideally a month, maybe even longer. @jeffowski Interesting thing I learned in Stop the Bleed class - a properly applied tourniquet is TIGHT. It will HURT. It will hurt so much that if the person you applied it to is still conscious, they will be begging you to take the tourniquet off. Don't take it off. Another thing I learned in the class is that it's ok to leave the tourniquet on for hours. It's fine. Tourniquets do not cause amputations. #StopTheBleed #FirstAid

My newest acquisition: a motorcycle trailer! It is a Kendon folding trailer, it has rails that can hold 2 bikes, it folds so I can fit it in the garage, and it's light enough for my car to pull it. It was a very reasonable price from a nice guy near Lawrence. #MotorcycleMonday #motorcycle
