It is incredible how bad the Slack app client is. I'm not talking about memory usage. The fact it is a web app makes things worse. One needs to press "back," and it feels like a mix of web browser and native app, which is uncomfortable to use.
Another very annoying thing is when I see new messages in a channel. I open the channel, read the messages, and move on. The channel continues to show "unread" messages, and then I go back again, and there is nothing new. OMFG!!!!!!!1

The Kinesis Advantage360 Pro keyboard looks slick and feels great when typing. Unfortunately, it is a pain to go through the hops to configure and then to get around the bluetooth issues that happens from time to time. I just upgraded my firmware to the V3.0. I’ve learned that I can’t wear contact lenses for more than ~4 hours. The contacts wear very well, I can see with them better than with my glasses. Just have to keep in mind the 4 hours window and take it off before the headache starts. :smart:

I checked now which year was it that I bought my Bose QuietComfort 35 Wireless Headphones. It was 6 years ago and the battery still lasts multiple days of use and charges quite fast.
Whenever I look for new headphones, they seem so full of useless “smart” features, I just don’t see anything compelling to justify buying new headphones. This was one of the best gadgets I ever bought.
The only thing I needed to buy was the ear cushion. It does wear off every 2-3 years. Recently, I bought a bunch out of AliExpress, should last me at least +10 more years. :doguinho:

I’m happy to report that it WORKS!!!! Compiled Servo from the source code on Aarch64 (MacOS). The build system needed a few tweaks, specially since GStreamer is now a single bundle in Homebrew. Maybe I should send my first PR to Servo to fix it. 🦀🥰
