@pmroman @Veza85UE On the other hand, we can probably agree that there is much unfair and often vicious criticism of central Union institutions and bodies; criticism that would be better directed at the member states and their representants at the Councils.

I have no intention to ask central union institutions and bodies ( https://european-union.europa.eu/institutions-law-budget/institutions-and-bodies/types-institutions-and-bodies_en ) to abolish the daylight saving time or to mend the roof or the window or to do anything on their own. I am trying to talk directly to you and few others and indirectly to the whole of all the people and all the institutions inside the Union - including, say, the local goverment of Praha 3.

@pmroman, well, that might be true, but, without explanation why the #GermanyEU system produces such results, just describing it as a whole, from outside, it seems to me (🇨🇿) the article correctly present some strange and troubling behavior of the German system.

Most of the existing ones are pretty much shadows anyway, at least when it comes to EU vision and attachment to the progress of the EU as a whole. Found them, they're in Paris*.
No, seriously, the task for me is to vote better actual heads of state/governments to represent us in the Council(s). 🇨🇿 is an interesting case.
