Kinder fragen jedenfalls nie, ob ich Mann oder Frau bin, nur "warum trägt die Frau das?"

Auf dem Nachhauseweg vom Einkaufen, ein Kind sieht mich, ist ganz aufgeregt, stupst Mama an und ruft ganz laut: "Mama, Mama, guck mal, da ist ein Ninja! Guck doch mal! Da ist ein Ninja!"
Mama schien das peinlich zu sein, aber ich habe mich amüsiert. Leider habe ich nicht daran gedacht, ihm zuzuwinken. Das hätte er bestimmt toll gefunden.

Es gab in Deutschland übrigens zwei Verbrechen im Zusammenhang mit dem Tragen eines Nikabs, von denen ich weiß. Beide liegen schon Jahre zurück.
Ein Raubüberfall auf einen Juwelier. Der Täter (weiß, männlich, kein Muslim) ließ den selbstgenähten "Schleier" in seinem Hotelzimmer auf dem Bett liegen, wo ihn die Reinigungskraft entdeckte und die Polizei informierte. Täter geschnappt, verurteilt. (1/2)

Ehrlich? Na ja, eine Unions-Politikerin begründete ihre Forderung nach einem Burkaverbot vor Jahren mit der Behauptung, die Kinder würden ja nie die Gesichter ihrer Mütter sehen, was schlecht für deren Entwicklung sei.
Nun: Der Nikab wird nicht dauerhaft getragen, sondern allenfalls in Gegenwart von Nicht-Mahram-Männern.

Heute schon wieder ein Autofahrer, der mir bewusst ins Gesicht (bzw. auf den Nikab) schaut, während er, meinen Vorrang aufgrund grüner Fußgängerampel ignorierend, direkt vor mir abbiegt, sodass ich auf der Straße stehen bleiben muss.
Das passiert mir nur, wenn ich verschleiert bin.
Und es sind immer weiße Männer.

Se puede estar y votar en contra de algo por motivos completamente diferentes. No creo que nadie que se considere feminista o aliade considere que usar Burka o Niqab surge de la voluntad de la mujer que lo porta. La pena es que la izquierda feminista no ha sido la que lo ha propuesto, que además podían haber sacado la Ley incluyendo las otras formas de vestimenta de opresión sexista que no sienta tan mal a la derecha (azafatas, equipamiento deportivo, ...).
Pero si alguien quiere argumentármelo, aquí estoy.

@niq i know you already ordered the books but I would nonetheless recommend a different system than DnD. Maybe take a look at Legend in the Mist, Blades in the Dark, CBR+PNK, Bump in the Dark or something like Outgunned. There are so much more and better Systems out there that are perfect for new people without locking them into the Hasbro/WotC World.
